Wire PVSngd 4x0.75 EUROPAN CABLE (57417)

Description

PVSngd – flexible wire with twisted cores, polyvinyl chloride insulation and polyvinyl chloride sheath, non-flammable, with reduced smoke and gas emission. Scope Intended for connecting electrical machines and appliances for household and similar use to the electrical network with a nominal alternating voltage of up to 450/750 V. Used for connecting electrical appliances and power tools for home care and repair, washing machines, refrigerators, small mechanization tools for gardening and horticulture and other similar machines and devices, and for the manufacture of extension cords. Wire with the index "ngd" is most suitable for use in places with an increased probability of ignition and where special fire protection measures are required to protect people. An additional property of the wire is non-flammability and low smoke emission when exposed to high temperatures. Construction Conductor cores – copper, multi-wire (class 5 DSTU EN 60228). Core insulation – polyvinyl chloride plastic compound. Sheath – polyvinyl chloride plastic compound, which does not support combustion, with reduced smoke and gas emission. Operation The wire is designed for operation at ambient temperatures from -25°C to +40°C. The wire can be laid without preheating at a temperature not lower than -20°C. The minimum bending radius during operation must be no less than: - for wires with a cross-section of conductive cores of 0.75 and 1.0 mm2 - 80 mm; - for wires with a cross-section of conductive cores of 1.5 and 2.5 mm2 - 120 mm; - for wires with a cross-section of conductive cores of 4.0 – 16 mm2 - 200 mm. The permissible continuous heating temperature of the wire cores during operation is 70°C. The service life of the wire: - 6 years - for non-stationary laying; - 10 years - in stationary devices.
