Description

PVSE – wire with twisted cores, polyvinyl chloride insulation, a common screen of alumoflex (aluminum foil) and polyvinyl chloride sheath, flexible. Scope Intended for connecting electrical machines and appliances for household and similar use to the electrical network with a rated alternating voltage of up to 450/750 V in places where protection from external electromagnetic radiation is required. Used for stationary installation of electrical devices, connecting mobile mechanisms and devices to electrical networks, for the manufacture of extension cords, in places where it is necessary to reduce the impact of external electromagnetic radiation, as well as reduce the noise level and minimize the impact on surrounding electrical appliances. Design Conductor cores – copper, multi-wire (class 5 DSTU EN 60228). Insulation made of polyvinyl chloride plastic. General screen made of alumoflex (aluminum foil). Sheath – polyvinyl chloride plastic compound. Operation The wire is designed for operation at ambient temperatures from -25°C to +40°C. The wire can be laid without preheating at a temperature not lower than -20°C. The minimum bending radius during operation must be no less than: - for wires with a cross-section of conductive cores of 0.75 and 1.0 mm2 - 120 mm; - for wires with a cross-section of conductive cores of 1.5 and 2.5 mm2 - 160 mm; - for wires with a cross-section of conductive cores of 4.0 - 16 mm2 - 300 mm. The permissible continuous heating temperature of the wire cores during operation is 70°C. The service life of the wire: - 6 years - with non-stationary laying; - 10 years – in stationary devices.
