Ridder AgriLink RAL120/90/60L geared motors, equipped with winch or belt drums, are maintenance-free drive units with integrated control system and Ridder PositioningUnit (RPU) for lifting the feed and delivery line and opening air intakes in livestock buildings. Easy to install, the RAL120/90/60L geared motors are enclosed in a sealed housing with a high degree of protection IP55. This gives the AgriLink drive units excellent resistance to water and dust. The RAL120/90/60L geared motors are designed for operation at ambient temperatures from 0 to 40 °C. All AgriLink RAL120/90/60L geared motors are equipped with a self-braking worm gear. This gear ensures that the outlet valve is braked when the drive unit stops. The combination of precisely matched gear and worm gears ensures a very quiet mechanical transmission. The RAL120/90/60L geared motors are equipped as standard with a single-sided output shaft for the installation of a belt or cable drum. The RAL120/90/60L geared motors are suitable for intermittent use (load class s3-35%) with a maximum duty cycle of 25 minutes.Benefits and warranty
