The sensor is equipped with an integrated adjustable off-delay timer and fine-tuning sensitivity control. This allows operators to adapt the device for any type of dry material—from fine meal to heavy pellets and grain. The powerful built-in changeover relay enables direct control of auger motors or alarm systems, ensuring high system reliability without the need for additional intermediate modules or PLC interfaces.
Mounting
Installation of the Hotraco NS-24-230-TA is highly secure thanks to its reinforced M30 threaded housing. The device is mounted in a 30.5 mm diameter hole and locked with the included heavy-duty plastic nuts, preventing displacement caused by auger vibrations. The design supports mounting directly into hopper walls or through specialized sealing glands.
