The DOL 26 CA-P-M18-NF-CA-NPN-2-2T capacitive sensor is a high-precision device for automation systems operating on the NPN (negative switching) standard. This model distinguishes itself by combining a threaded M18 housing with a full set of adjustments (2 trimmers), which is rare for sensors of this standard.
Thanks to adjustable time delay and sensitivity, this sensor allows for the implementation of complex control algorithms based on NPN controllers. The NO + NC output (4 wires) provides flexibility in choosing the operation logic directly during installation.
Advantages of the NPN model with two trimmers
- Full compatibility with NPN logic. Ideally suited for controllers (e.g., Japanese or Korean made) requiring a "sinking" input signal.
- Fine Tuning (2T). Unlike simplified versions, here you can adjust the Time Delay to avoid false triggers from auger vibration, and Sensitivity for specific feed types.
- Universal Output (NO+NC). The sensor has 4 wires. Using the black or white wire, you can get either a Make or Break signal.
- Secure Fixing (M18). The threaded body allows the sensor to be rigidly secured with nuts, which is critical for precise operation.

Installation and Setup of DOL 26 NPN-2T
- Electrical Connection: Connect the load between the Positive supply and the sensor Output (Black or White). The sensor closes the circuit to Ground.
- Fixing: Tighten the nuts on the M18 housing. Ensure no metallic obstructions in front of the active zone.
- Calibration 2T: Adjust "Delay" to ignore short-term flow interruptions, and "Sens" for confident material detection.

Взяли саме NPN версію для інтеграції в систему сигналізації. У нас світлова колона має спільний "плюс", і щоб засвітити червоний сегмент, треба подати "мінус". Цей датчик виконує цю функцію без додаткових перехідників. Дуже зручно, коли виробник дає вибір різних типів виходу.

Обрали цю модель через поєднання габаритів та функціоналу. У нас стоять спеціальні кронштейни під 18-ту різьбу, переробляти кріплення під товсті датчики не хотілося. А таймер 2T тут працює набагато краще, ніж у дешевих аналогів: він реально чекає, поки корм осиплеться, а не просто рахує секунди.

Купили цей датчик для керування блоком реле. У нас специфічна схема розводки живлення: на всі котушки реле постійно подається +24В, а керування йде мінусом. Тому нам підходила тільки NPN версія. Працює чітко, таймер налаштували на середнє положення, щоб реле не клацало від вібрації бункера.

У нас вся лінія гранулювання — китайського виробництва, і там вся логіка побудована на NPN (загальний плюс, комутований мінус). Рідні китайські датчики працювали некоректно, часто зависали. Замінили їх на цей оригінальний DOL. Він ідеально вписався в електричну схему верстата, не довелося нічого перепаювати.
