This modification operates across a universal voltage range of 20-280 V AC/DC and features a pre-set 5-second off-delay. This delay optimizes feed line performance by preventing false triggers and excessive motor starts caused by temporary feed level fluctuations near the sensor.

Functionality and Stability
Housed in a compact M18 threaded casing, the sensor can be mounted directly into plastic or metal feeders. The Non-flush design ensures high sensitivity even when dealing with dusty materials. The programmable delay provides logical system control: the sensor "waits" for 5 seconds after feed disappearance before starting the system, significantly extending the life of contactors and motors.

Взяли DOL 26 через надійність в умовах високої вологості. У нашому цеху часто буває конденсат, але цей датчик не дає хибних спрацювань. Програматор P дозволив швидко підлаштувати його під логіку нашої старої автоматики. Провід міцний, гайки затягуються надійно, нічого не розхитується від вібрації.

Для мене головним була можливість прямого підключення до котушки пускача. Модель SCR це дозволяє без зайвих реле. Встановили на контроль переповнення бункера. Чутливість налаштували за хвилину під нашу суміш. Світлодіод яскравий, здалеку бачу стан лінії навіть у запиленому приміщенні.

Вибрали цей датчик як запасний на склад через його програмованість. Оскільки логіку роботи можна змінити вручну, він підходить для будь-якої нашої лінії — і на завантаження, і на відсікання. Якість пластику дуже висока, герметичність кабелю повна, миття обладнання йому не шкодить.

Працюємо з дуже легким шротом, тому шукали саме NF версію з виступаючим сенсором. Він занурюється в масу і спрацьовує набагато точніше за пласкі моделі. Наявність таймера 2T допомогла налаштувати плавний запуск шнека, тепер мотор не смикається від кожної жмені корму.
