This DOL 26 modification is equipped with two independent trimmers for precise on-site adjustment. You can set the off-delay from 0 to 60 seconds to prevent frequent motor starts. Additionally, the sensitivity is adjustable from 5.1 to 12 mm, allowing the sensor to correctly detect various feed types, from fine powders to large pellets.

Замінили старий механічний датчик на цей цифровий DOL 26. Обрали саме цю модель через поєднання малого розміру та можливості комутувати 220 вольт. Датчик ігнорує пил на корпусі, реагує тільки на об'єм продукту. Світлодіод ззаду дуже яскравий, здалеку бачу, чи заповнена контрольна годівниця. Якісна європейська деталь, монтаж зайняв мінімум часу.

Головна причина вибору — хімічна стійкість CR. Ми проводимо дезінфекцію лінії жорсткими розчинами з хлором, і цей датчик єдиний, хто не мутніє і не втрачає чутливість. Таймер налаштували на середнє положення, щоб шнек не запускався від кожної жмені зерна. Працює стабільно в запиленому приміщенні, помилкових сигналів не дає.

Для нашої ферми важливою була логіка роботи B (нормально замкнений контакт). Це питання безпеки: якщо миша перегризе кабель або зникне живлення, система просто зупиниться, а не засипле весь цех кормом. Датчик герметичний, витримує миття обладнання гарячою водою під тиском. Своїх грошей вартує через надійність.

Взяв версію SCR через дводротову схему підключення. У нас на лінії була прокладена стара проводка, і тягнути окремий "нуль" для живлення датчика було неможливо. Встановили цей Дол просто в розрив фази, як звичайний вимикач. Компактний розмір М18 дозволив вмонтувати його навіть у вузьку трубу дозатора.

Шукали модель саме з виступаючою голівкою NF для контролю рівня дуже легкого шроту. Звичайні пласкі датчики його часто не помічали, а цей занурюється в масу і спрацьовує безпомилково. Вбудований таймер 2T реально рятує двигун від перегріву — лінія працює стабільними циклами без постійного "клацання".
