The capacitive sensor DOL 26 CA-P-M18-NF-PL-PNP-2-0T is a model designed for maximum maintenance speed and mounting reliability. It combines an M18 threaded housing, ensuring vibration resistance, with an integrated plug connector (PL) for instant connection without soldering or terminals.
The 0T index indicates that the sensor has fixed factory settings. This turns it into a "Plug & Play" device: the installer does not need to spend time calibrating sensitivity, and the M12 connector ensures an IP69K tight connection.

Installation of the DOL 26 CA-P-M18-NF-PL-PNP-2-0T sensor
- Mechanics: Install the sensor in an 18.5 mm hole and tighten the nuts securely. This will ensure mechanical stability of the connector.

У нас датчик стоїть у дуже запиленому місці, і ми використовуємо систему продувки. Гладкий корпус набагато менше затримує на собі пил, ніж ребриста різьба, тому датчик довше залишається чистим і не дає хибних спрацювань. Для борошна це найкращий варіант.

Їхній компактний розмір (всього 18 мм) дозволяє встановлювати їх навіть у дуже обмеженому просторі, наприклад, усередині годівниць у тваринницьких приміщеннях. Важливо, що датчики монтуються у недоступному для тварин місці — це підвищує надійність і продовжує термін служби. Використовуємо на лінії швидкісного фасування. Тут потрібна миттєва реакція 0T, інакше буде перевіс. А гладкий корпус обрали, щоб не пошкодити пластикові кліпси кріплення. Різьба їх "з'їдає" за пару замін, а гладкий датчик заклацується м'яко і надійно.

Це єдина модель, яка підійшла до нашого старого імпортного обладнання. Там датчик фіксується боковим гвинтом, і різьба на корпусі заважала нормальному контакту. Цей PL гладкий, 18 мм, став у гніздо як рідний. Працює чітко, без затримок передає сигнал на контролер.

Шукав саме цей датчик під цанговий зажим. Мені потрібно часто регулювати глибину занурення датчика в трубу. З різьбою це мука — крутити туди-сюди. А гладкий корпус просто попустив зажим, посунув на потрібну висоту і зафіксував. Економія часу колосальна.
