The DOL 26 CA-P-18-NF-CR-SCR-B-0T is a specialized level sensor engineered for the most demanding environments in livestock housing. The housing is made of a unique Chemically Resistant (CR) plastic, making it impervious to harsh disinfectants, ammonia, and organic acids.
Featuring a smooth Ø18 mm housing without threads and fixed factory settings (0T), this model is a true "Plug & Play" solution. It eliminates human calibration errors and ensures maximum hygiene due to its crevice-free design.

Використовуємо на аварійне відсікання подачі. Потрібна була миттєва реакція, щоб не зрізало шпонку на редукторі при заторах. Модель 0T справляється на відмінно. Стійкість до хімії CR — додатковий плюс, бо в цеху часто висока вологість і випаровування. Надійна і проста в установці штука.

Для легкого лушпиння соняшника підходить тільки такий датчик з виступаючою голівкою (NF). Пласкі моделі його просто не бачили через малу щільність. А версія 0T рятує від забивання труб, бо реагує моментально. Підключення SCR на 220 вольт дуже спростило монтаж на старій лінії.

У нас на виробництві постійна мийка з використанням хлорних розчинів. Обрали версію CR, бо звичайні датчики мутніли і переставали "бачити" через пару місяців. Цей DOL 26 тримається добре. Миттєве спрацювання дозволяє чітко контролювати рівень у проміжному бункері, не чекаючи затримок.

Ми перейшли на цю модель через логіку роботи "B" (нормально замкнений). Це питання безпеки: якщо кабель випадково пошкодять гризуни, ланцюг розірветься і лінія просто стане. Для автономних систем завантаження це найкращий варіант, щоб не завалити склад зерном у разі аварії.

Поставили на лінію дозування рідких добавок. Шукали саме миттєву реакцію без таймерів, щоб насос вимикався відразу. Оскільки тут дводротова схема SCR, підключили замість старого кнопкового вимикача без жодних переробок щитка. Компактний М18 корпус став ідеально в малий патрубок.
