The capacitive sensor DOL 26 CA-P-Ø18-NF-CR-SCR-B-2T is a unique solution for the harshest sanitary conditions. The model combines a smooth housing (Ø18 mm), which is easy to clean, with a special CR (Chemical Resistance) material that withstands aggressive acids and alkalis. This makes it ideal for zones where equipment is regularly disinfected with caustic substances.
In addition to the protected housing, the sensor features full professional functionality: universal power supply (SCR 20-280V), stop logic (Break/NC), and two trimmers (2T) for precise tuning to any feed type.

Вибір впав на цей датчик через безпекову логіку роботи (нормально замкнений контакт). Якщо раптом агресивне середовище пошкодить кабель десь на лінії, система зупиниться, а не засипле все кормом. Це для нас критично, бо об'єкт працює автономно у вихідні. Надійність CR корпусу тут як додаткова гарантія.

У нас на фермі стоїть система рідкої годівлі, і датчик контактує з вологою сумішшю. Звичайні моделі швидко втрачали герметичність біля кабельного вводу. Ця модифікація зроблена набагато добротніше, кабель жорсткіший і впаяний надійно. Взяли, щоб забути про постійні заміни.

Купив саме цю модель через проблему з конденсатом, який у нас містить пари селітри (склад добрив поруч). Контакти на звичайних датчиках окислювалися миттєво. У версії CR корпус герметичний і матеріал відштовхує цю агресивну плівку. Працює стабільно, жодних хибних спрацювань.

Використовуємо на лінії дозування підкислювачів у комбікорм. Кислота — це смерть для звичайної електроніки. Тому шукали виключно хімічно стійкий варіант (CR). До того ж тут зручне дводротове підключення (SCR), яке легко інтегрувати в наш старий пульт управління без прокладання нових кабелів.
