The DOL 26 CA-P-M18-NF-CA-SCR-B-2T capacitive sensor is the most versatile and reliable model for stationary feed distribution systems. Its main distinction is the threaded housing (M18), which allows for rigid fixation with nuts, and a full set of adjustments (2 trimmers).
The sensor operates on 20–280 V (SCR) and uses Break (NC) logic — opening the contact when full. This is the ideal choice for locations with strong vibration where smooth sensors might shift, and fixed models (0T) do not offer the necessary adjustment flexibility.

- Reliable Mechanical Fixation (M18). Thanks to the full-length thread, the sensor is securely fastened with two nuts to the hopper wall. This eliminates any sensor movement even under strong auger shaking.

Installation of DOL 26 CA-P-M18-NF-CA-SCR-B-2T
- Mounting: Drill an 18.5 mm hole. Insert the sensor and tighten the plastic nuts on both sides. Ensure the red head protrudes into the hopper.
- Connection: 2-wire scheme. Connected in series with the starter coil.
- Adjustment (2T): Remove the cap. Adjust "Delay" and "Sens" using a screwdriver.

Раніше ставили дешеві аналоги М18, але вони "летіли" від вологи за пару місяців. Вирішили раз витратитися на оригінал DOL. Різниця колосальна: тут пластик міцний, герметичний, налаштування чутливості не збиваються від вібрації. Працює стабільно, скупий платить двічі.

Цей датчик має виступаючу головку (NF - Non Flush), тому він набагато краще "відчуває" легкий корм, ніж ті, що сховані врівень з корпусом. Для нашого легкого борошна це критично важливо, бо пласкі датчики його просто не бачили. Спрацьовує чітко на будь-яку фракцію.

Завдяки їхньому компактному розміру (всього 18 мм) легко монтуються навіть у тісних годівницях у пташниках, свинарниках і корівниках. Найбільша перевага — можливість встановлення в недоступному для тварин місці, що значно подовжує строк служби. Вони стабільно працюють у бункерах та елеваторах, точно реагують на рівень корму. Енергоспоживання мінімальне, а обрізати під потрібну довжину — взагалі не проблема. Рекомендуємо!

Зупинилися на версії "B" (нормально замкнений) виключно заради безпеки. Якщо раптом пропаде контакт або миша перегризе кабель, лінія просто зупиниться. Це набагато краще, ніж якби вона продовжувала працювати і засипала весь пташник кормом при аварії.

Для шнекової подачі таймер 2T — це обов'язкова умова. Без нього двигун згорів би за місяць від частих пусків, коли кури дзьобають датчик. Обрали цей Дол 26, бо тут затримка вже вбудована в сам корпус, не треба купувати і монтувати зовнішні реле часу в щитову.
