The DOL 27 sensor is a 30 mm capacitive proximity sensor designed to detect loose and solid materials. The DOL 27 and iDOL 27 sensors are available in SCR, PNP and NPN output versions. The sensors are suitable for use with contactors, relays, PLCs, etc. in the agricultural and industrial sectors, in particular in enterprises for grain level measurement and effective feed level control in poultry houses, pig houses, and cowsheds. SCR output versions are available in 2-wire versions, as well as PNP and NPN in 4-wire versions. The capacitive sensor DOL 27 CA-P-M30-NF-CA-PNP-2-2T is a high-performance sensor in a reinforced M30 housing, designed for modern automation systems based on DC power (10-30V DC). This model is the "gold standard" for connecting to industrial controllers (PLC) and climate computers.
The main advantage is the complementary output (NO + NC). The sensor has 4 wires in the cable, allowing you to receive both Make and Break signals simultaneously. Combined with a full set of settings (2T) and a large housing diameter, this is the most reliable solution for precise level control.
Advantages of the M30 PNP Model with Dual Output
- Logic Flexibility (NO/NC). You choose the sensor function during installation. The black wire gives a "Start" signal (Make), the white one — "Stop" (Break). This allows you to keep one type of sensor in stock for all tasks.
- M30 Power. The 30 mm diameter housing has a significantly larger sensitivity zone than M18. This allows the sensor to "see" through thick plastic hopper walls or ignore significant dust buildup.
- PNP Standard. Perfect compatibility with any controllers working with positive logic (Sourcing Input).
- Full Adjustment (2T). Time delay (Delay) and sensitivity (Sens) adjustments allow adapting the sensor to any conditions, from auger vibration to feed recipe changes.

Стоїть високо під дахом на завантаженні. Взяли такий великий (М30), бо в нього і світлодіод ззаду більший. Знизу реально видно, горить він чи ні. На маленьких датчиках ту лампочку в пилюці не розгледиш, треба драбину тягнути. А тут все видно з підлоги.

Збирав саморобний пульт на дешевих китайських реле. Вони всі керуються по мінусу. Мені треба було, щоб датчик подавав саме землю на котушку. Цей NPN підійшов. Різьба велика, зручно кріпити на товсту пластикову бочку, не зривається при затяжці.

Використовуємо для тирси (підстилка). Вона легка, і пласкі датчики її не бачили, коли вона трохи налипала. У цього голова стирчить вперед (NF), він занурюється в купу і спрацьовує чітко. Таймер виставили на максимум, щоб не блимав дарма, коли тирса сиплеться нерівно.

У нас цей датчик стоїть у проході, де часто ходять люди з інструментом. Тонкі датчики (М18) ми вже два розбили випадково держаком лопати. Цей М30 товстий, масивний, його так просто не зламаєш. Для нас суто механічна міцність була головним критерієм.

Купив, бо помилився минулого разу. Взяв спочатку звичайний датчик, а він не запускає мою автоматику. Виявилося, що мій блок керування розуміє тільки "мінус" (NPN). Довелося перезамовляти цей. Поставив — все запрацювало відразу. Дивіться уважно схему перед покупкою.
