The DOL 27 sensor is a 30 mm capacitive proximity sensor designed to detect loose and solid materials. The DOL 27 and iDOL 27 sensors are available in SCR, PNP and NPN output versions. The sensors are suitable for use with contactors, relays, PLCs, etc. in the agricultural and industrial sectors, in particular in enterprises for grain level measurement and effective feed level control in poultry houses, pig houses, and cowsheds. SCR output versions are available in 2-wire versions, as well as PNP and NPN in 4-wire versions. Capacitive sensor DOL 27 CA-P-M30-NF-CA-SCR-B-0T is the most reliable and tamper-proof model in the 30mm sensor series. It combines the mechanical strength of the M30 housing with full operational automation due to zero adjustment (0T). The sensor is factory-calibrated for error-free detection of dry feed (grain, pellets, compound feed).
The device operates on a universal voltage of SCR 20–280 V (AC/DC) and uses Break (NC) logic, opening the circuit when the container is full. It is an ideal choice for industrial facilities where operational stability and prevention of unauthorized adjustments are priorities.
Advantages of the DOL 27 M30 Fixed Model
- Human Factor Protection (0T). The absence of trimmers ensures that the sensor sensitivity always remains at the reference level. No one can accidentally or intentionally change the operating parameters, which is critical for large agro-holdings.

Замінив ним старий механічний вимикач. Схема та сама: розрив фази. Працює стабільно. Взяв М30, бо зручніше крутити великі гайки в товстих рукавицях взимку, дрібні вічно випадають з рук.

Купили саме М30, бо зручніше обслуговувати. Велика гайка, великий корпус — легко протирати і регулювати в зимових рукавицях. Дрібні датчики в холодну погоду крутити незручно. Працює стабільно, бруд на корпус не реагує.

Підключив цей датчик до частотного перетворювача. Частотник сам керує плавним пуском і зупинкою, тому зовнішні затримки йому заважають. Взяв версію 0T, щоб давала "чистий" сигнал моменту наповнення.

Потрібен був датчик з великою площею чутливості для лушпиння. М18 його часто не помічав. Цей М30 має широку "голову" (NF), бачить сміття добре. Відсутність затримки дозволяє не забивати трубу, реагує відразу.
