The DOL 27 sensor is a 30 mm capacitive proximity sensor designed to detect loose and solid materials. The DOL 27 and iDOL 27 sensors are available in SCR, PNP and NPN output versions. The sensors are suitable for use with contactors, relays, PLCs, etc. in the agricultural and industrial sectors, in particular in enterprises for grain level measurement and effective feed level control in poultry houses, pig houses, and cowsheds. SCR output versions are available in 2-wire versions, as well as PNP and NPN in 4-wire versions. Capacitive Feed Level Sensor DOL 27 SCR (Break/NC)
The DOL 27 CA-P-M30-NF-CA-SCR-B-2T is a classic capacitive sensor in a reinforced M30 threaded housing. This model features a thyristor (SCR) output and operates on Break (NC — normally closed) logic. It is the ideal solution for automatically stopping feeding lines when hoppers or pans are full.
With its two-wire connection, the sensor easily integrates into existing contactor control circuits. The 2T version includes two trimmers for independent adjustment of feed sensitivity and time delay.
