Description
The DOL 27 sensor is a 30 mm capacitive proximity sensor designed to detect loose and solid materials. The DOL 27 and iDOL 27 sensors are available in SCR, PNP and NPN output versions. The sensors are suitable for use with contactors, relays, PLCs, etc. in the agricultural and industrial sectors, in particular in enterprises for grain level measurement and effective feed level control in poultry houses, pig houses, and cowsheds. SCR output versions are available in 2-wire versions, as well as PNP and NPN in 4-wire versions. Capacitive Sensor DOL 27 CA-P-M30-NF-CA-SCR-M-2T with Make Logic
The capacitive sensor DOL 27 CA-P-M30-NF-CA-SCR-M-2T is a powerful 30 mm sensor designed for systems requiring active start control. The model features a threaded M30 housing and operates with Make (NO / Normally Open) logic. This means that upon detecting feed, the sensor closes the contact, sending a signal to start equipment or trigger an alarm.
The device supports universal voltage SCR 20–280 V (AC/DC) and comes with a full set of settings (2 trimmers). The increased housing diameter ensures better detection stability compared to smaller models, making it ideal for large hoppers and central augers.
Advantages of the DOL 27 Model with Make Logic
- Active Start (Make). This sensor is created not for stopping, but for action. It is ideal for "See feed — start mechanism" scenarios or for overflow alarms.
- M30 Reliability. The 30 mm diameter housing has a larger sensor area. This allows it to "see" through thicker walls and ignore dust buildup better than M18 models.
- Universal Power. Works on both 24V and 220V, easily integrating into any automation scheme.
- Precise Adjustment (2T). Sensitivity and Delay trimmers allow filtering out accidental triggers and tuning the sensor for a specific raw material type.
Applications of DOL 27 CA-P-M30-NF-CA-SCR-M-2T
This model is used for specific tasks:
- Back-pressure Sensors (Safety). Installed at critical points. If feed rises to the sensor (blockage), it closes the emergency siren circuit.
- Intermediate Hopper Control. When the container fills up, the sensor signals to start the next transport line.
- Large Outdoor Silos. The powerful M30 sensor works better in conditions of temperature changes and thick walls.

- Installation: Prepare a 30.5 mm hole. Fix the sensor with nuts. M30 ensures very secure mounting.
- Connection: 2-wire, series. Remember: while there is no feed, current does not flow (open circuit).
- Adjustment: Adjust "Sens" and "Time" under the cap.

Спеціально шукав датчик із виступаючою головкою (NF), бо пласкі датчики у нас забивалися пилом і переставали бачити легке лушпиння. У цієї моделі сенсорна зона винесена вперед, вона чудово пробиває через шар пилу і реагує саме на купу продукту. Для легкої фракції це найкращий вибір.

У нас стара проводка під 220 вольт, і тягнути нові кабелі під 24В не було бюджету. Цей SCR датчик дозволив модернізувати лінію "малою кров'ю". Він врізається в існуючу схему як звичайний вимикач. Працює стабільно, не боїться пускових струмів наших старих пускачів.

Вибрав DOL 27 через його масивність. У нас на свинарнику умови жорсткі, свині іноді можуть дістати до обладнання, та й персонал не завжди обережний. Тоненькі датчики М18 ми часто ламали механічно. Цей М30 виглядає як справжній "танк", пластик товстий, зламати його випадково майже нереально.

Цей датчик стоїть у нас на проміжному етапі пересипу зерна. Логіка його роботи запускає наступний транспортер: як тільки зерно підпирає датчик (замикається контакт M), вмикається мотор відкачки. Таймер 2T тут просто рятує — без нього мотор би смикався щосекунди, а так він чекає стабільного рівня.

Шукали саме цю модель з літерою "M" для системи оповіщення. Нам треба було так: бункер наповнився — загорілася червона лампа на щитовій. Більшість датчиків працюють навпаки (розмикають), а цей замикає коло при наповненні. Підключили лампочку послідовно з датчиком у розетку, все працює чітко.
