The iDOL 27 sensor is a 30 mm capacitive proximity sensor designed to detect loose and solid materials. The DOL 27 and iDOL 27 sensors are available in SCR, PNP and NPN output versions. The sensors are suitable for use in conjunction with contactors, relays, PLCs, etc. in the agricultural and industrial sectors, in particular in enterprises for grain level measurement and effective feed level control in poultry houses, pig houses, and cowsheds. SCR output versions are available in 2-wire versions, as well as PNP and NPN in 4-wire versions. Mounting
Installation of the iDOL 27 is highly reliable thanks to its reinforced M30 threaded housing. The sensor is typically installed in a 30.5 mm diameter hole and secured with heavy-duty plastic nuts, ensuring a rigid fit that resists machine vibration. The design supports mounting directly into hopper walls or through specialized sealing glands and external flanges. The Make/Break optional logic allows the operator to switch between NO and NC modes through the app without hardware modifications.
