The iDOL 28R is a unique intelligent level sensor designed specifically for the poultry industry. It combines a high-precision capacitive sensor with a powerful white LED light. The illumination attracts birds to the control pan, ensuring the feed is consumed promptly and keeping the automated filling line running smoothly.
Equipped with an NFC interface for configuration via the SmartAdjust app, it features a built-in changeover relay (NO/NC). With its universal 20–280V AC/DC power supply, this sensor can be integrated into any existing electrical system without additional adapters.

Ми замінили старі мембранні датчики на ці цифрові iDOL 28R. Причина вибору — відсутність механічних частин і можливість копіювання налаштувань. Встановили один, налаштували через телефон, а потім просто перенесли ці параметри на всі інші датчики в ряду за секунди. Набагато технологічніше за все, що пробували раніше.

Для мене головним було підключення до американського обладнання на 110 вольт. Знайти якісний датчик під таку напругу складно, а iDOL 28R універсальний. Світлодіодна індикація дуже яскрава, здалеку бачу, чи заповнений бункер. Простий монтаж, різьба М30 міцна, затягнув гайки — і забув.

У нас на лінії часто бувають перепади напруги, через що електроніка раніше постійно глючила. iDOL 28R тримається стабільно, бо в нього робочий діапазон аж до 280 вольт. Вибрали саме "R" версію, бо нам потрібен був сухий контакт для підключення до нашої старої системи сигналізації. Надійне залізо, грошей своїх вартує.

Взяли iDOL 28R через його захист IP69K. Ми миємо пташник гарячою водою під високим тиском, і звичайні датчики часто "заливало". Цей корпус повністю герметичний, витримує прямі струмені. Налаштував його так, щоб ігнорував налипання вологого корму на голівку. Працює без жодного збою вже третій місяць.
