The primary technological advantage of this model is the integrated NFC interface. This allows operators to wirelessly configure sensitivity, delay timers, and MaxRunTimer parameters via smartphone using the SmartAdjust app. This system enables programming without opening the housing, maintaining IP69K environmental sealing and protecting the electronics from ammonia fumes and high humidity.

Mounting
The iDOL 28RG is housed in a reinforced M30 body, ensuring high mechanical durability. The device is installed in a 30.5 mm diameter hole and secured with the heavy-duty plastic nuts included in the kit. The design supports mounting directly into the bin wall or through specialized sealing glands and flanges for external placement. The universal relay output allows the operator to select NC mode (to stop the motor when full) or NO mode (to activate alarms) without changing the internal wiring.

Сподобалось, що налаштування можна копіювати з одного датчика на інший через телефон. Ми встановлювали цілий ряд iDOL 28RG на лінії, і це дуже зекономило час. Обрали саме версію G (з різьбою), щоб надійно закріпити в пластикових патрубках. Працює стабільно в неопалюваному складі, морозів не боїться.

Взяли iDOL 28RG на заміну старому датчику, який постійно глючив. Потрібен був надійний релейний вихід для прямого підключення сигнальної лампи. Через NFC налаштували затримку спрацювання на 5 секунд, щоб система не смикалася від окремих зерен. Різьбовий корпус тримається міцно, налаштування не збиваються.

Миємо обладнання гарячою водою під високим тиском, тому шукали датчик із захистом IP69K. Цей iDOL 28RG повністю герметичний. Вибрали модель з різьбою, бо так легше герметизувати місце врізки в бункер. Світлодіод ззаду дуже яскравий, здалеку бачу, коли ємність наповнилася. Свої гроші відпрацьовує.

Купив для іноземної сушарки, де напруга керування 110 вольт. iDOL 28RG універсальний, підійшов без жодних перехідників. Головна причина вибору — стійкість до пилу. Датчик розрізняє, де просто наліт на корпусі, а де реальне зерно. Різьба М30 стандартна, стала в старе кріплення як рідна.
