Поставили iDOL 46R на контроль переповнення завантажувальної воронки. Потрібен був надійний датчик, який працює від 24 вольт. Ця модель підійшла, а довгий кабель дозволив сховати проводку в захисну гофру без розривів. Реле всередині спрацьовує чітко, мотор шнека тепер не смикається дарма завдяки налаштованій затримці в смартфоні.

Замінили старі мембранні датчики на цю модель. Головна причина вибору — стійкість до пилу. У цеху переробки шроту пилюка стоїть стовпом, але iDOL 46R її ігнорує і реагує тільки на об'єм. Через NFC скопіювали налаштування з одного датчика на всі десять у ряду за пару хвилин. Це набагато краще за китайські аналоги.

У пташнику ми проводимо повну дезінфекцію гарячим паром та водою під тиском. iDOL 46R — єдиний, хто це витримує без проблем, бо він повністю герметичний. Вибрали версію з довгим кабелем, щоб вивести всі з'єднання за межі брудної зони. Світлодіод ззаду дуже яскравий, відразу видно, коли лінія наповнилася.

Нам на господарство привезли сушарку, де напруга керування 110 вольт. Шукали датчик, який не згорить і буде чітко бачити зерно. iDOL 46R універсальний, працює від будь-якої розетки. 10 метрів кабелю дозволили прокласти його по металевих фермах без зайвих скруток. Простий монтаж, працює без збоїв уже кілька місяців.
