Для нашого цеху переробки шроту це найкраще рішення. Датчик дуже витривалий до вібрацій. Вибрали модель з 2-метровим кабелем, бо щиток стоїть поруч з горловиною. Працює стабільно в неопалюваному приміщенні, конденсат йому не заважає. Якість датчика виправдовує ціну, жодної зупинки лінії за пів року.

Взяли цей датчик для іноземної лінії, де напруга 110 вольт. iDOL 46R універсальний, підійшов без питань. Сподобалось, що параметри можна копіювати з одного датчика на інший через додаток — це дуже прискорило запуск всієї системи. Різьба М30 стандартна, закрутили в існуюче кріплення без переробок.

Замінили цим датчиком стару механічну «флюгерку» в бункері. Вибрали модель 46R, бо вона не має рухомих частин і не заклинює від зерна. Через телефон налаштували затримку спрацювання на 5 секунд, щоб шнек не смикався дарма. Світлодіод ззаду світить яскраво, здалеку видно, коли лінія наповнилася.

Поставили на завантаження пелет. Головна причина вибору — датчик ігнорує налипання дрібного пилу на корпусі. Раніше старі моделі постійно давали помилкові сигнали, а цей iDOL 46R "розуміє", де продукт, а де просто бруд. Кабель 2 метри досить міцний, у захисному обплетенні, монтаж зайняв мінімум часу.

Шукали датчик, який витримає постійне миття обладнання гарячою водою. У iDOL 46R захист IP69K, тому волога всередину не потрапляє. Вибрали саме цей варіант, бо він працює і від 24 вольт, і від 220. Дуже зручно, що не треба підбирати окремі блоки живлення. Надійний і компактний пристрій.

Для нашого цеху переробки шроту це найкраще рішення. Датчик дуже витривалий до вібрацій. Вибрали модель з 2-метровим кабелем, бо щиток стоїть поруч з горловиною.
