Description

DOL 114 is a high-precision moisture sensor for measuring water temperature. The sensor is intended for use in food storage areas, and is also suitable for use in other industrial areas. The moisture and temperature sensor DOL-114 has two analog outputs with a very low output support and complete protection against short circuits and damaged cables. A special sensitive element and a built-in filter allow the sensor to be immersed in areas with permanently high moisture content. Holistic temperature sensors Dol 114 are supplied with a built-in connector and cable, and with a customized specification zone - everything is tailored to your needs. The sensor is powered by a microprocessor and equipped with a dual-color LED to indicate the operating state and diagnose faults. The sensor can be supplied with an LED switch for use when required.

The DOL 114 is a high-precision industrial-grade combined sensor designed for the simultaneous measurement of relative humidity and air temperature. This device is specifically engineered for livestock houses where maintaining a stable microclimate is crucial for animal health and productivity. This model is equipped with a reinforced 5-meter cable, simplifying installation in large facilities and allowing the sensor to be connected to the controller without additional joints.

[DOL 114 Sensor]

The sensor provides exceptional measurement accuracy, enabling the climate control system to avoid extreme temperature shifts and prevent ammonia and mold buildup. DOL 114 offers the same high reliability as the DOL 104 digital humidity sensor while providing 2-in-1 functionality. Thanks to its integrated filter and protected sensing element, the device operates stably in constantly high humidity environments, reducing animal stress and optimizing feed conversion.

[DOL 114 Sensor Advantages]

Mounting

Installation of the DOL 114 sensor should be carried out in areas with free air circulation at the animal breathing level. The device is mounted into a 30.5 mm diameter hole using its M30 threaded housing and secured with nuts. A key feature is the protective cap, which does not need to be removed during room sanitation. The IP69K rating allows for high-pressure hot water cleaning without risking damage to the sensing element. It is recommended to route the 5-meter cable through protective conduit to prevent damage from rodents and harsh environmental exposure.

Замінили старі сенсори на ці DOL 114 на лінії вирощування. Головна причина вибору — стійкість до миття обладнання. Датчик повністю герметичний, захисний фільтр легко чистити. 5 метрів кабелю — це золота середина для стандартних приміщень ферми. Показники клімату тепер завжди точні, вентиляція працює без збоїв.

Вибрали цю модель для грибного цеху. У нас там постійна вологість під 95%, і звичайні датчики швидко виходять з ладу. DOL 114 тримається відмінно, конденсат йому не заважає. Важливо було мати саме 5 метрів кабелю, щоб винести роз'єм у сухе приміщення. Свої гроші відпрацьовує надійною роботою.

Взяли цей датчик на заміну старому сенсору в інкубаторії. Обрали DOL 114, бо він відразу розпізнався нашою автоматикою без додаткового калібрування. П'ятиметровий кабель дуже зручний — проклали його акуратно в гофрі, довжини вистачило з запасом. На зміну вологості реагує швидко, затримок немає.

Для свинарника це найкращий варіант. Шукав датчик, який не «згниє» від аміаку за пів року. В DOL 114 електроніка надійно захищена, корпус герметичний. Взяв версію з 5-метровим кабелем, щоб не робити зайвих з'єднань у сирій зоні. Показники температури збігаються з контрольним термометром до десятих.
