Description

Servo drive EGM 100CA 24V AC/DC, 100 kg/1000N, 20Nm, 0-10V, IP65 Servo drives are designed to open supply valves (slots) in forced ventilation systems in livestock premises. The Stienen EGM-100 servomotor is designed for automatic regulation of the opening of the inflow valves of the ventilation system. The EGM-100A model is controlled by the microclimate controller using a 0-10V signal, while the EGM-100P model is controlled by relay control, a limit switch and feedback potentiometers. The servo motor uses a brushless motor, which guarantees a long service life. Due to the built-in microprocessor, long-term loads of the servo motor are not possible. Therefore, EGM-100 is practically indestructible and has a long service life. Setting the minimum and maximum position, connecting the power line is carried out without removing the cover of the servo motor housing. This ensures that the engine is waterproof. In case of power failure, the ESE-24 emergency opening and position control system is provided.
