Description

PV3ngd – a copper conductor wire with polyvinyl chloride insulation of increased flexibility, does not support combustion, with reduced smoke and gas emission. Scope Intended for electrical installations with stationary laying in lighting and power networks, as well as for the installation of electrical equipment, machines, mechanisms and machine tools for a nominal voltage of up to 450 V (for networks up to 450/750 V) with a frequency of up to 400 Hz or a constant voltage of up to 1000 V. Used for the installation of sections of electrical circuits where wire bends are possible, used in all areas of production, industry, wiring installation. If it is necessary to perform external wiring, it is necessary to use trays, boxes, cable channels that protect the wire from mechanical damage and ultraviolet radiation. The wire with the index "ngd" is most suitable for use in places with an increased probability of ignition and where special fire protection measures are required to protect people. An additional property of the wire is non-flammability and low smoke emission when exposed to high temperatures. Construction Conductor cores - copper, multi-wire (class 5 DSTU EN 60228). Operation The wire is designed for operation at ambient temperatures up to -50°C, relative humidity up to 100% at temperatures up to 35°C. The wire can be laid without preheating at temperatures not lower than -15°C. The minimum bending radius during installation must be at least 5 times the outer diameter of the wire. The maximum permissible heating temperature of the wire cores during operation is 70°C.
