Description

Wire APVngd 70 mounting EUROPAN CABLE. APVngd is a non-combustible wire with an aluminum core and polyvinyl chloride insulation with reduced smoke and gas emissions. Field of application It is intended for electrical installations for stationary installation in lighting and power networks, as well as for the installation of electrical equipment, machines, mechanisms and machine tools for rated voltage up to 450 V (for networks up to 450/750 V) with a frequency of up to 400 Hz or a direct voltage of up to 1000 V. It is used for laying in steel pipes, hollow channels of building structures, on trays, for installing electrical circuits, for installing indoor lighting networks, for laying power lines that cannot be moved. If it is necessary to perform external wiring, it is necessary to use trays, boxes, cable channels that protect the wire from mechanical damage and ultraviolet radiation. The wire with the “ngd” index is most suitable for use in places with an increased probability of fire and where special fire protection measures are required to protect people. An additional property of the wire is its non-flammability and low smoke emission when exposed to high temperatures. Construction Current-carrying conductors are aluminum, single-conductor or stranded (class 1, 2 of DSTU EN 60228). Insulation is made of polyvinyl chloride plastic, which does not support combustion with reduced smoke and gas emission. Operation The wire is designed for operation at ambient temperatures up to -50°C, relative humidity up to 100% at temperatures up to 35°C. The wire can be laid without preheating at a temperature not lower than -15°C. The minimum bending radius during installation must be at least 10 times the outer diameter of the wire. The long-term permissible heating temperature of the wire conductors during operation is 70°C.
