Description

Wire AsXSn 4x50 for overhead lines EUROPAN CABLE. AsXSn is a self-supporting insulated wire without a neutral self-supporting core, with insulation made of silane-crosslinked light-stabilized polyethylene, which does not spread combustion for overhead power lines. It is intended for the transmission and distribution of electricity in power and lighting networks with an alternating voltage of 0.6/1.0 kV. Scope AsXSn is used for branches from overhead power lines to the input, for laying along the walls of buildings and structures. The wire does not spread combustion, is used in places with a high probability of significant external heating during operation and an increased probability of ignition. Design AsXSn is a wire with aluminum phase conductors twisted from compacted aluminum wires of a round shape. It does not have a holding core, and all conductors are load-bearing (Tables A.1, A.2 DSTU 4743:2007). All cores have the same cross-section, twisted into a core and insulated with silane-crosslinked light-stabilized polyethylene, resistant to ultraviolet radiation, which does not spread combustion. Operation AsXSn is designed for operation at ambient temperatures from -60°C to +50°C. Laying without preheating is allowed at a temperature not lower than -20°C. The installation bending radius of the wire installed on supports must be at least 10 times the outer diameter. The permissible temperature of long-term heating of the cores is +90°C. And at short-circuit currents - no more than +250°C.
