Description

Wire PV3ngd white 16 EUROPAN CABLE (7395)¶¶PV3ngd is a copper-core wire with polyvinyl chloride insulation of increased flexibility, non-combustible, with reduced smoke and gas emissions.¶Area of application¶It is intended for electrical installations for stationary installation in lighting and power networks, as well as for the installation of electrical equipment, machines, mechanisms and machine tools for rated voltage up to 450 V (for networks up to 450/750 V) with a frequency of up to 400 Hz or a direct voltage of up to 1000 V.¶It is used for the installation of electrical circuits where wire bends are possible; it is used in all areas of production, industry, and wiring installation. If it is necessary to perform external wiring, it is necessary to use trays, boxes, cable channels that protect the wire from mechanical damage and ultraviolet radiation.¶The wire with the “ngd” index is most suitable for use in places with an increased probability of fire and where special fire protection measures are required to protect people. An additional property of the wire is its non-flammability and low smoke emission when exposed to high temperatures.¶Construction¶The conductors are copper, stranded (class 5 of DSTU EN 60228).¶Insulation of the conductors is made of non-combustible polyvinyl chloride plastic with reduced smoke and gas emission.¶Operation¶The wire is designed for operation at ambient temperatures up to -50°C, relative humidity up to 100% at temperatures up to 35°C.¶The wire can be laid without preheating at a temperature not lower than -15°C.¶The minimum bending radius during installation must be at least 5 times the outer diameter of the wire.¶The long-term permissible heating temperature of the wire conductors during operation is 70°C.
