Wire SIP-4 4x35 for overhead lines EUROPAN CABLE (51219)

Description

SIP-4 4x35 wire for EUROPAN CABLE overhead lines. SIP-4 is a self-supporting insulated wire without a zero self-supporting core, with insulation from silane-crosslinked light-stabilized polyethylene for overhead power lines. It is intended for the transmission and distribution of electricity in power and lighting networks with an alternating voltage of 0.6/1.0 kV. Scope SIP-4 is used for branches from overhead power lines to the input, for laying along the walls of buildings and structures. Design SIP-4 is a wire with aluminum phase conductors twisted from compacted aluminum wires of a round shape. It does not have a supporting core, and all conductors are load-bearing (Tables A.1, A.2 of DSTU 4743:2007). The conductors are insulated with silane-crosslinked light-stabilized polyethylene. Operation The wire is designed for operation at ambient temperatures from -60°C to +50°C. Laying without preheating is allowed at temperatures not lower than -20°C. The installation bending radius of the wire installed on supports must be no less than 10 times the outer diameter. The permissible temperature of long-term heating of the cores is +90°C. And at short-circuit currents - no more than +250°C.
