Description
The W400 worm gearboxes are compact, maintenance-free drive units for ventilation and lifting systems in greenhouses and livestock buildings. The W400 worm gearboxes are mainly used in indirect drive systems, where several W400 worm gearboxes are driven by one gear motor. A mobile storage unit can also be supplied. The W400 worm gearboxes have a self-braking worm gear (i=35). This low-noise transmission ensures that the output shaft is locked when the drive is stopped. The W400 worm gearboxes are available in a standard version and in a version with a continuous worm shaft (W400D). W400 worm gearboxes are equipped with 16-tooth sprockets (1⁄2"x5⁄16") on the input and output shafts and can be mounted on mounting plates on either side of the worm gearbox.Benefits and warranty
